I’m Mohammed Shibili—also known as Lee—an entrepreneur, E-strategist, and Finance Consultant. I bring business, finance, and technology together to help organisations build clearer processes and make better decisions.
As CEO of Overt Nexus, I work with businesses to connect sales, accounting, inventory, people management, and digital commerce. My focus is practical: make information flow, simplify daily operations, and help teams use their systems with confidence.
My career began in 2013 as a freelance web designer. I went on to work in software development, project management, operations, marketing, and technology leadership, including a Chief Technology Officer role. That journey gave me a practical understanding of finance, HR, sales, marketing, and day-to-day operations.
Today, my business interests span technology consulting, facility management, transport, automotive services, manpower, general trading, and education. With roots in the UAE and India and a wider international reach, I bring a broad view of the operational challenges businesses face.
